How much will I save?
Members receive exclusive pricing of 40% off DiamondAir’s standard Airport Concierge Meet & Assist rates at the 17 participating international gateway airports. Your exact member price will be displayed when you select your airport and service type.
The 40% saving applies to the Airport Concierge Meet & Assist service only. Any additional services selected will be charged at their applicable rates and are subject to availability.
Can I book for my family?
Yes. You can book Airport Concierge services for family members travelling with you. Each airport and service has a specified number of passengers included in the member price, which will be clearly displayed when you select your airport and service type.
If you wish to add passengers beyond the number included in the displayed price, additional passengers can be added where available and will also receive the exclusive 40% BofA Rewards Premier Tier Members discount pricing.
Children aged 2 and over are charged at the applicable passenger rate. Infants under 2 travel free.
What optional services are available?
You can enhance your Airport Concierge experience with additional services, including Airport Lounge Access, Baggage Porters, Electric Buggies, Luxury Ground Transfers and Pet Concierge.
These services are optional and are not included in the member Airport Concierge price. They will be charged at their applicable rates and subject to availability. Any additional costs will be clearly shown in your personalised quotation from DiamondAir before you confirm your booking.
Can I book a service at an airport that isn't listed?
Yes. DiamondAir offers Airport Concierge services at more than 600 airports worldwide, so if you would like to arrange Airport Concierge services at another airport, please contact us and we will be happy to check availability and provide a quotation. Please identify yourself as a BofA Rewards Premier Tier Member.
