By combining baggage collection, private chauffeur transfer and DiamondAir Meet & Assist, the service ensures a consistent standard of attention and precision from doorstep to departure gate. This continuity is what defines the service as premium.
Remote Check-In is currently available for departures from London Heathrow, on selected airlines.
It enables airline check-in and baggage processing to be completed in advance, allowing travellers to bypass traditional check-in environments and arrive at the airport ready to proceed through the next stages of departure escorted by our airport concierge agents who will you meet you kerbside at your arrival to terminal.
With Remote Service, the DiamondAir experience begins at the passengers home, hotel or preferred location.
Baggage is collected directly from the traveller and handled securely, with airline check-in and baggage processing completed in advance. Both the passenger and their luggage are therefore fully checked in before arrival at the airport.
Closer to departure, the traveller is collected in a private chauffeur-driven vehicle and brought to the airport, reducing unnecessary waiting and dwell time.
On arrival at London Heathrow, DiamondAir Meet & Assist concierge agents assist the passenger through the terminal and onward to the departure gate, maintaining continuity of service through every stage of the airport experience.
